Developing and maintaining positive loving relational connections with others and engaging a growth mindset are some of the most important things that we can do to stay healthy and vibrant throughout life.
Here at the Relationship Therapy Center (RTC) we begin where you are, with gentleness and compassion for self and other while discovering the patterns that both hinder and support your personal growth and the fulfillment of your deepest heartfelt desires.
My name is Lynlee Lyckberg and I am a Registered Psychological Associate, committed to providing a safe space and therapeutic support for people of all ages. I earned my MFT with an emphasis in Expressive Arts Therapies from California Institute of Integral Studies, my PhD in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and am currently completing my licensure as a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University.
My clinical approach is Gestalt and Jungian based, person-centered, and relationally focused. I primarily utilize talk therapy, relational dyad work, the Gottman Method for couples, and expressive arts therapies including narrative/writing therapy, clay work, and sandtray therapy. My unique approach focuses on individual strengths while facilitating self-directed creative growth. If you are interested in developing a creative approach to meeting the challenges of daily living, I am the kind of therapist who can fully support you in that vision and journey.
I enjoy supporting people from all walks of life in your healing journey to achieve the life and relationships you are hoping for!
