About Me
Hello! Welcome to the Relationship Therapy Center. I understand the significance of reaching out, and I applaud you for taking the first step.
My name is Kim, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in the Greater Sacramento area—specifically, Roseville, CA, and Fair Oaks, CA.
I use research-based approaches such as the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Brainspotting. These methods help clients restore healthy relationships, overcome affairs and betrayals, improve communication, and reduce conflict.
From an integrative perspective, I tailor my approach based on your needs, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment that will encourage your growth.
Wholeheartedly, I believe that human beings thrive when they experience healthy relationships. Therefore, when working with couples, families, or individuals, it is important to me to assist my clients in acquiring the proper tools and techniques to foster those stable relationships. Additionally, our relationship with ourselves is paramount to our success; therefore, I am adamant in helping my clients to find a balance between their mind, body, and emotions and define the process that allows them to be empowered and elevate their lives.
