About Me
Hello, I’m Josh, I’m a Registered Associate Marriage Family Therapist based in the Greater Sacramento area, specifically Roseville, CA and Fair Oaks, CA. I specialize in helping teens, adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and ADHD.Then I help with their relationship including communication, fighting fair, and growing closer, feel free of the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and help to make sense of life’s complexities.

My passion is supporting clients in building relationships, gaining emotional awareness and growing psychologically.

How I Work
The relationship you have with yourself shapes every part of your life.

Whether you’re seeking clarity about what’s holding you back or need support navigating your relationships, we can work together to explore the emotions, thoughts, and beliefs beneath the surface—clearing the path for growth and change.
At the heart of my work is a belief in the healing power of relationships—both with others and with ourselves.

Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. But uncovering your strengths, exploring your story, and helping you move toward a life of greater clarity, purpose, and peace.

I use research-based approaches such as Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) . These methods help clients manage anxiety, build skills to help with ADHD, heal from trauma, and strengthen relationships.

Who I Help
I provide therapy for:

  • Couples seeking to grow closer, improve communication, overcome hurts and betrayals
  • Individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions
  • Teens with challenges of self-esteem, school pressures and navigating relationships
  • Faith-based integration (Christian) if requested
My Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Baptist University, where I developed a deep interest in the unique challenges and strengths present in each stage of life. Through my work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, I developed a deep passion for helping people heal relationally, psychologically, and emotionally.
Outside the Therapy Room
When I’m not working, I enjoy getting outdoors and spending time with loved ones. Some of my favorite activities are camping, paddle boarding, and getting a game night going with friends.
Personality and Values
My journey to becoming a therapist began with a deep love for people. From a young age, I was drawn to hearing others’ stories — their struggles, perspectives, and the experiences that shaped them. I’ve always believed that there’s something sacred about being invited into someone’s personal world, especially during times of pain or transition.

What motivates me most is the opportunity to walk alongside others in the midst of their challenges. I consider it a profound privilege to hold space for vulnerability, growth, and healing. Therapy isn’t just a profession for me — it’s a calling rooted in compassion, connection, and hope.

In my practice, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationships, or simply trying to make sense of life’s complexities, I’m here to support you with intention and care.
