About Me

My name is Lynlee Lyckberg and I am a Registered Psychological Associate, committed to providing a safe space and therapeutic support for people of all ages. Developing and maintaining positive loving relational connections with others and engaging a growth mindset are some of the most important things that we can do to stay healthy and vibrant throughout life.

Here at the Relationship Therapy Center (RTC) we begin where you are, with gentleness and compassion for self and others.

While discovering the patterns that both hinder and support your personal growth and the fulfillment of your deepest heartfelt desires. Even more I enjoy supporting people from all walks of life in your healing journey to achieve the life and relationships you are hoping for!

How I Work

The clinical approach I use is Gestalt and Jungian based, otherwise known as psychodynamic therapy approach, and person-centered, and relationally focused. I primarily utilize evidenced based therapy including talk therapy, relational dyad work, and the Gottman Method for couples. Yet I also use expressive arts therapies including narrative/writing therapy, clay work, and sand tray therapy.

While facilitating self-directed creative growth, my unique approach focuses on individual strengths. In addition, if you are interested in developing a creative approach to meeting the challenges of daily living, I am the kind of therapist who can fully support you in that vision and journey.

Personality and Values

The desire I had to became a clinician was because I love psychology. And I am interested in understanding and supporting each person’s unique journey. I love supporting clients in their personal discovery of what really matters in terms of living a deeply aligned and meaningful life. My commitment to my you arises from my experience of watching them clients grow and transform as they move towards a more fulfilling and satisfying life.

Outside the Therapy Room

When I’m not working, I enjoy painting and writing, making jewelry, working on my home, and spending time with my family and my golden retriever at the beach near Mendocino.
