Book Appointment
Schedule and Book Online
Welcome to The Relationship Therapy Center.
For new clients please note we have a secure online billing system so you can book your appointment. In doing so, we require a credit card or banking information placed on your file. If you schedule an appointment through our online scheduler for the first time, our Care Coordinators will contact you. We must receive payment information before we can schedule your appointment.
In addition, our client care coordinators will give you more specifics about the therapist you choose. Further, we want to make sure your therapist’s specialties match exactly with what you need help with. Also, If your first choice of therapist currently doesn’t have an online scheduling option, that might mean that they are full at the moment. But, you can check with our client care coordinators to see if they might be able to get you in or put you on their waitlist.
Thank you for your assistance.
Do you take insurance?
We are considered out-of-network for insurance. Which means that they may reimburse you to see a therapist here. Some insurance companies reimburse quite well and others will apply the fee towards your deductible. Additionally, some insurances do not reimburse at all. Our biller will work with you to provide statements to submit for reimbursement or answer any questions you may have. To check with your insurance company beforehand, you can visit our FAQ page to see what questions you should ask. The rates for our therapists are listed on their bio pages.
Why do people use out of network therapy?
It may feel convenient to stick with an in-network provider, but many people decide to work with an out-of-network therapist because of the unique benefits it brings:
-
Specialized Fit: Choose a therapist who truly understands your unique needs—trauma, EMDR, anxiety, faith, or relationships—without being limited by insurance lists.
- Couples Therapy: True couples therapy is about relationship skills, communication, your sexual relationship etc. This type of couples therapy is not covered by insurance in most cases. Insurance requires one of you to have a diagnosis. Then, your partner can come in to work on that diagnosis. We don’t do that here.
-
Greater Privacy: Keep your records between you and your therapist, without required diagnoses or insurance oversight.
-
Personalized Care: Sessions can be longer, more frequent, or tailored to your pace—not dictated by policy restrictions.
-
No Session Limits: Continue your growth without caps on the number of sessions allowed per year.
-
Flexible Scheduling: Often faster access and more convenient appointment times.
